Treatment Coordinator
A professional photographer, Luanne also managed a modeling agency in the Midwest and has a keen eye for balance, design and symmetry. Discussing treatment options is what she loves to do, emphasizing excellent care while offering several different creative solutions based on what the client wants as their end result. Listening carefully, delivering treatment plans and presenting financing options she finds both energizing and rewarding.

Receptionist
A New York City native, Natalia earned her BA at Queens College and has been involved in patient care for many years as a CNA , a licensed massage therapist and a supervisor of volunteers in healthcare settings.
Fluent in the French language, Natalia's cheerful outlook and compassionate listening and communication skills benefit every client with whom she interacts.

Medical Assistant
A fan of sparkles, anything purple, and her husband Justin, Cassie comes to us from Oklahoma where the wind comes sweeping down the plains! Professionally trained as a Medical Assistant, Cassie works closely with Dr. Nelson during dental surgical procedures. "I've worked with other doctors and I have to tell you, Dr. Nelson is awesome!"
Cassie's warm smile and topnotch chairside skills help patients to feel immediately at ease. Patients have reported seeing Cassie's eyes twinkling above her surgical mask! Cassie also is CPR trained and BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.
Medical Assistant
Justin is Cassie's biggest fan ever... "Working together here at NDI Dental as a family is great!" Justin's enthusiasm and warmth is contagious; everyone feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they step through the door. Justin also is professionally trained as a Medical Assistant and is both CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.
